A top-ranking State Bank in New Jersey placed among the Forbes top 2.4% of US Financial Institutions was seeking a solution to overcome challenges faced with managing their existing devices: 1200+ VMs and 200+ Host Servers. The solution would need to monitor and manage multiple devices across various locations, streamline processes and undertake Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM).
